Team & workspace

Manage workspace name, members, artists, and switching between rosters in a multi-artist label setup.

Every Symphony user belongs to a workspace (organization). Entitlements, credits, connections, and hired agents are shared across the workspace. Artists are the scope for most deliverables.

Roles

  • Owner: full control, billing, hiring and firing agents
  • Admin: manage workspace settings and agents; same hire/fire access as owner in the UI
  • Member: use hired agents and deliverables the workspace already has

Artists and switching

Add artists from the sidebar or onboarding. Use the workspace and artist switcher to jump between rosters without logging out. Label plans support up to 10 artists; Artist and Pro are built for one primary artist.

Workspace settings

Owners and admins can rename the workspace and set a profile image. Open the sidebar workspace menu, then Workspace settings.

Help and product guides live under Settings → Help & docs, linking to symphonyos.co/docs. That is separate from Doc artifacts agents create for you in the working pane.
