Connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps
Add Symphony to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Grok through the Symphony MCP server.
The Symphony MCP lets an AI app work in your Symphony workspace with your permission. The server URL is https://labelos.symphonyos.co/api/mcp. One-click buttons and copy fields for every app are on symphonyos.co/mcp, and the same steps are on the Connect page in Symphony at labelos.symphonyos.co/mcp.
Claude
The button opens Claude with Symphony already filled in. You confirm, then sign in with your Symphony account.
- Name: SymphonyOS
- Server URL: https://labelos.symphonyos.co/api/mcp
- Click Add to Claude. Claude opens Add custom connector with the name and server URL filled in. Sign in to Claude first if it asks.
- Check the values, click Add, then Connect. Sign in with your Symphony account and click Allow.
- In a chat, click +, then Connectors, and turn SymphonyOS on.
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds Symphony once for everyone from Organization settings, then Connectors. Connectors added on the web also show up in the Claude desktop and mobile apps.
ChatGPT
ChatGPT has no add link, so the button opens Plugins and you paste three fields. You sign in with your Symphony account at the end.
- Name: SymphonyOS
- Description: Run your music marketing: artists, ads, websites, fans and reports
- Server URL: https://labelos.symphonyos.co/api/mcp
- In ChatGPT on the web, open Plugins and click Add custom MCP server. Don't see it? Turn on Developer mode in Settings, then Apps, then Advanced settings.
- Paste the name, description and server URL. Keep Server URL as the connection and OAuth as the authentication. Leave the advanced OAuth settings alone.
- Tick I understand and want to continue, click Create as a plugin, then Connect SymphonyOS. Sign in with your Symphony account and click Allow.
- In a new chat, click + and pick SymphonyOS.
Using the Codex app? Open Customize, then Plugins, click Add and use the same fields.
Claude Code
One command in your terminal, then sign in from Claude Code.
- Command: claude mcp add --transport http --scope user symphonyos https://labelos.symphonyos.co/api/mcp
- Run the command in your terminal.
- Start Claude Code, type /mcp, pick symphonyos and choose Authenticate.
- Sign in with your Symphony account and click Allow.
Cursor
Cursor connects with a personal token. Make one on the Connect page in Symphony and use Cursor's one-click install from there.
{
"mcpServers": {
"symphony": {
"url": "https://labelos.symphonyos.co/api/mcp",
"headers": {
"Authorization": "Bearer <token>"
}
}
}
}- Open labelos.symphonyos.co/mcp, sign in and pick Cursor.
- Create a personal token. It is shown once, so keep the page open.
- Click Add to Cursor in one click and paste your token where Cursor shows <token>, or paste the config into ~/.cursor/mcp.json. Then check Symphony is switched on in Cursor's MCP settings.
Codex
The Codex app signs in like ChatGPT. The Codex CLI and IDE extension use a personal token in ~/.codex/config.toml.
[mcp_servers.symphony]
url = "https://labelos.symphonyos.co/api/mcp"
http_headers = { Authorization = "Bearer <token>" }- Codex app: open Customize, then Plugins, click Add and use the ChatGPT fields. You sign in with your Symphony account, no token needed.
- Codex CLI or IDE extension: open labelos.symphonyos.co/mcp, pick Codex and create a personal token.
- Paste the block at the end of ~/.codex/config.toml with your token in place of <token>, then quit and reopen Codex.
Grok
Grok has no add link, so the button opens Connectors and you paste the server URL. You sign in with your Symphony account.
- Name: SymphonyOS
- Server URL: https://labelos.symphonyos.co/api/mcp
- In Grok on the web, open Connectors, click New Connector and choose Custom.
- Paste the name and server URL, then click Connect.
- Sign in with your Symphony account and click Allow. Check the sign-in page is on labelos.symphonyos.co.
On Grok Business or Enterprise, an admin may need to add the connector for the team first.
Grok Bot
Grok Bot adds MCP servers when you ask it in chat. It connects with a personal token.
- Server URL: https://labelos.symphonyos.co/api/mcp
- Header: Authorization: Bearer <token>
- Open labelos.symphonyos.co/mcp, pick Other app and create a personal token.
- Ask Grok Bot to add a remote MCP server named Symphony with the server URL and the header, with your token in place of <token>.
- Ask it to list my artists to check the connection.
Other app
Any app that supports remote MCP servers over streamable HTTP can connect, with sign-in or with a personal token.
- Server URL: https://labelos.symphonyos.co/api/mcp
- Transport: Streamable HTTP
- If the app has Sign in or OAuth: paste the server URL, leave any client ID and secret empty, then sign in with your Symphony account.
- If it takes a header or API key instead: create a personal token at labelos.symphonyos.co/mcp and send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>.
Connected? Start a new chat and ask "List my artists". Ad spend and fan blasts always show a preview first and wait for your yes.
