Symphony meters AI work in credits. Maestro is always available; hiring specialists unlocks their skills. Ad platform spend is separate from credits.

Free trial and conditional monthly refill

• New workspaces get 150 trial credits to explore agents and deliverables
• After 30 days, an unpaid account at zero credits may receive one fixed 50-credit refill per calendar month
• Credits debit when agents run tools and produce output

Paid plans (self-serve)

• Pro: $49/month, 500 credits, 1 artist, 2 seats (recommended; credit top-ups available)
• Label: $99/month, 1,000 credits, up to 10 artists, 3 seats (credit top-ups available)
• Enterprise: tailored pricing and limits for larger rosters or teams. Contact us through in-app enterprise interest flows

Hiring agents

Simmy, Cue, Echo, and Maude are hireable specialists from the Agent Hub. Maestro does not require a hire. Trial workspaces can use specialists in trial mode until credits run out.

UI deliverable fees

Publishing certain deliverables from the in-app wizards (ads, websites, presaves) charges a flat credit fee in addition to usage. The same deliverable built entirely via agent chat follows usage pricing only.

When credits are exhausted, you will see a paywall until you upgrade or, after 30 days, an eligible unpaid account at zero credits receives a possible fixed 50-credit refill. The refill is limited to once per calendar month and is not guaranteed. Credit packs are available on Pro and Label plans.
