Workflows · Catalog
Every tracked song on the roster. Why it moved, before anyone asks.
Maude watches every tracked song and sound across the roster each day, flags what's moving with the cause behind it, and hands your team the next move.
The catalog
Every tracked song, one table.
Every track, one table
Title, artist, release, streams, growth, TikTok and Reels creates, a 30-day sparkline and link status. Filter by artist, platform or window.
Every platform that matters
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon, Deezer, SoundCloud, Tidal, TikTok, Instagram and Shazam, as each one supplies it.
Your artist roster at a glance
Streams tracked, songs tracked, sounds linked and this week's top grower, right at the top of the page.
Catalog Watch
Thirteen kinds of movement. Caught daily.
Every moment comes with the headline, the number, the day, and the likely cause with a link. Release first, then what amplified it, then the streams. One story, not five alerts.
The moment
A song moved. Here's the whole story.
The chart
Streams for the last 30 days against the song's normal day, with the moment marked.
The post behind it
The creator or artist post that started it, linked, with its views.
Four moves
Share, open the song, boost the post, or find creators. Nothing runs until you say so.
Sounds
Every sound using your songs, linked and tracked.
- 01
Finds the TikTok and Instagram sounds using your songs, including fan-made originals, and asks you to confirm which are yours.
- 02
Links them to the right track so TikTok and Reels creates show up on the song page.
- 03
Tracks each sound daily: creates, growth, and the top posts using it, ready to hand to Sage for outreach.
The song page
One song, the full read.
- Streams this week against last week, and all time, with the as-of date
- Spotify, TikTok, Reels and YouTube totals and 30-day growth
- The 30-day chart, with unconfirmed days marked as unconfirmed
- Top markets, playlist adds and Shazam, where the platform supplies them
- Every moment this song has had, newest first
- Pull fresh numbers when something looks stale
How teams run it
The Monday ritual.
01 · Scan
Ask Maude for the artist roster's moments from the last 14 days, confirmed only, with the cause behind each.
02 · Sort
Three buckets: Protect (a big confirmed surge with a named cause), Opportunity (a waking cut or early signs), Note (small bumps and unconfirmed days).
03 · Assign
One line per mover: artist, track, cause, owner, next move by Wednesday. Spend goes to the buyer only once the link is live.
Once a week. Scan, sort, assign, review.
The plays
Every signal has a play.
You see
The team does
A new single surges after street date
Protect it. Quote the song page numbers, check the presave and release link, send the day-3 fan email, double down on the post format that's already winning.
A 2022 album track wakes up
Open the chart first, find the post or sound behind it, fix the link in bio the same day, seed the active sound lightly, then a small paid test.
Shazams climb before streams do
Treat it as smoke, not fire. Confirm the sounds, post in the format fans are already using, and give it 72 hours to show up in streams.
An artist post beats their usual
Socials shows the hook and format. Repeat the format two or three times that week, and boost only if the post qualifies.
A playlist or editorial add lands
Log it, then still run the full read. A playlist is usually the amplifier, not the start of the story.
How Maude reads a surge
Evidence, not vibes.
Release first
A same-artist release, video or deluxe in the days before a rise is the most common cause. Maude names it, with the date, before anything else.
Confirmed or unconfirmed
A day the provider is still filling in stays marked unconfirmed. A lift of 4x or more over usual is never noise. A 2x bump alone usually is.
No cause is better than a wrong one
When the evidence is thin, Maude says she can't tell what drove it. She never invents a playlist, a creator or a release.
Works with the rest of Symphony
Maude catches it. The team runs with it.
Socials
When a post moved the song, Socials shows the hook, the format and what fans said.
Sage
When a sound is climbing, Sage briefs the creators already on it.
Simmy
When it's worth money, Simmy builds the campaign, paused until your team approves the spend.
Echo and Cue
Echo drafts the fan email, and Cue points the link in bio at the song that's moving.

Questions
FAQ
Can it track a song before release?+
Not until it's live on Spotify. Tracking starts on release day.
Do you need our Spotify for Artists login?+
No. Catalog works alongside your artist and distributor dashboards, which stay the source for settlements.
How fast does it fill in?+
Your artist roster loads in minutes. Clean daily trends take about a day.
Does it show Apple Music plays?+
Apple shares chart and playlist presence, not play counts, so that's what Catalog shows.
Will it spend or post when a song moves?+
No. A new ad campaign waits for your team's approval, and creator outreach waits for a person on your team to release each batch. Fan emails and texts wait for your team's approval in the CRM.

Request a demo and send a Spotify link. We bring that artist’s songs into the walkthrough.
