How SymphonyOS Uses AI
Last updated: November 5, 2026
SymphonyOS uses AI agents to help music teams plan, run and measure their marketing. This page explains, in plain words, which AI we use, what happens to your data, and what changes on our Enterprise plan. It is a summary. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are the binding documents.
Which AI models we use
We do not build our own AI model. We use several leading models and pick the best one for each job, including models from xAI, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, DeepSeek and Zhipu. Every request goes through Vercel AI Gateway, which does not store your prompts or the answers.
We do not train AI on your data
We do not use your data, your fans' data, or data we receive from Meta to train or fine-tune any AI model. What we do improve is our own product: when an agent gets something wrong, we fix our instructions and tools so it does better next time.
Your agents' memory stays in your workspace
Agents remember things about each artist, like which posts and ads worked, so they get more useful over time. That memory belongs to your workspace and is never shown to another customer. You can ask us to delete it.
Anonymous benchmarks
To help every customer set realistic goals, we calculate anonymous averages across many workspaces, such as typical cost per result for a genre. A benchmark is only shown when it combines many campaigns from several different workspaces. It never names you, your artists or your content, and no one can see your results.
Where your data lives
Your workspace data, including conversations with our agents, is stored in our own database so the product can work. A small Symphony team can access it to support you, and actions through our staff tools are logged. We use trusted service providers to run Symphony, such as hosting, messaging and AI providers, under written terms.
Enterprise: zero data retention
On our Enterprise plan, we turn on zero data retention for your workspace. Your AI requests are sent only to providers that delete prompts and answers as soon as they reply, with a no-training requirement on each request. Your workspace is also cut off from our outside AI monitoring, memory and screen recording tools. You keep the same features and the same models. Talk to us about Enterprise.
Deleting your data
Anyone can ask us to delete their data by emailing team@symphonyos.co with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We act within 30 days and confirm by email. When an Enterprise contract ends, you get an export of your data and we delete your workspace within 30 days. See How to Delete Your Data.
Check what AI produces
AI can be wrong. Please review agent suggestions, messages, budgets and campaigns before you approve them.
