How does free access work?
Every new account starts with 150 free credits: enough to brief the team and run real work. After 30 days, an unpaid account at zero credits may receive a fixed 50-credit refill once per calendar month. No refill is guaranteed while credits remain. Pick a plan when you need a larger monthly allowance.
What are the plan options?

What do credits actually buy?
Credits are the usage meter shared by the whole workspace. Two artists means 1,000 credits to use across both. Simple conversations and drafts use a little; campaigns, websites, sends, and other multi-step work use more. Credit top-ups are available anytime.
