Hiring and firing specialists
Hire Simmy, Cue, Echo, or Maude from the Agent Hub. Entitlements are workspace-wide.
Hiring is an org-level decision. When you hire an agent, every member of the workspace can use them. Firing removes access for the whole team.
Hire from the Agent Hub
- Open the Agent Hub from the sidebar or Home.
- Choose Simmy, Cue, Echo, or Maude.
- Confirm hire. Trial workspaces use specialists in trial mode until credits run out.
- Paid plans bill through Stripe according to your subscription.
Who owns what
- Simmy: Ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Cue: Websites and presaves on sym.fm
- Echo: Messages and fan CRM copy
- Maude: Royalties, splits, contracts, business affairs docs
Maestro never requires hire. Only owners and admins can fire agents in the UI today.
