Review and launch ads

Check creative, targeting, budget, and tracking before you publish a campaign to Meta, TikTok, or YouTube.

Always review the full campaign summary before launch. You approve spend and creative; agents recommend but do not charge your card without your confirmation in the wizard.

Review checklist

  1. Confirm artist, campaign name, and platform match your intent.
  2. Preview creative on mobile aspect ratios.
  3. Check audience geography, age, and interests (or custom audiences).
  4. Verify destination URL loads and matches the ad promise.
  5. Confirm daily or lifetime budget and schedule.

Launch

  1. From the campaign detail or wizard final step, choose Launch or Submit.
  2. Wait for platform approval. Meta and TikTok may take minutes to hours.
  3. Open the campaign detail view for live status and edits.

After launch

  • Pause from the campaign row if you need to stop spend quickly.
  • Duplicate winning setups for the next release instead of starting from zero.
  • Share a report link with your team when numbers stabilize.
YouTube campaigns may support in-app payment and status tracking where enabled. Meta and TikTok bill through your connected ad account directly.

Change a live campaign

  • Edit the link: open the campaign, then Setup Details → Edit link. Works on Meta ads that already point to a website, live or paused. Meta may review the ad again. Not available on TikTok or on boosted posts with no link.
  • Swap creative: on Meta, open the Creatives tab and choose Upload creative to add new ads. Use Pause selected or Resume selected to turn creatives off or on. On TikTok you can pause or resume existing creatives, but not upload new ones.
  • Pause: choose Pause campaign in the campaign's edit panel, or ask Maestro. Meta and TikTok bill your own ad account as ads spend, so pausing simply stops spend. There's no unspent budget to refund.
  • YouTube campaigns are paid up front and can't be paused. If YouTube rejects the video, the ad budget is refunded and the 10% fee is kept.
