Build fan audiences

Grow and organize CRM contacts from presaves, sites, imports, and integrations.

Import a CSV

  1. Open Imports and start a fan import for the artist.
  2. Upload via the presigned flow (browser puts the file directly to secure storage).
  3. Map columns to email, phone, and name fields.
  4. Review duplicates and confirm consent before you message.

Organize

Filter Messages by artist, tags, or source when you manage multiple acts. Merge duplicates carefully; each contact should have clear consent for the channel you use.

Echo can draft segments in chat, but you approve the final audience before any send.
