Migrating from Symphony v1

Switching between Symphony v1 and SymphonyOS

Change which app opens by default on login. Go back to v1 from SymphonyOS Settings, or upgrade your default to v2 without re-importing.

Symphony v1 (app.symphonyos.co) and SymphonyOS (labelos.symphonyos.co) are separate products that share Auth0 login. Switching default app changes where future logins land. It does not copy v2 campaigns into v1 or delete either workspace.

Make v1 your default again

In SymphonyOS, open Settings, User tab, and choose Go back to Symphony v1. Symphony sets v1 as your default for future logins and sends you to app.symphonyos.co. Your v2 work remains in SymphonyOS.

Make SymphonyOS your default again

In classic Symphony v1, open Settings and use the Upgrade to Symphony v2 banner or Start Migration. That opens /import-to-v2?upgrade=1. If you already completed a v1 import, this path switches your default to SymphonyOS without re-importing. First-time users must finish a full import before v2 can become default this way.

Marketing site login

Signing in from symphonyos.co historically routes returning users to app.symphonyos.co based on account preference. After you set SymphonyOS as default, Auth0 sends you to labelos.symphonyos.co instead.

Think of this as choosing a home app, not moving campaigns between products. Run imports when you need v1 data in v2; use the upgrade path when you only want to change where login lands.
