Migrating from v1
Migrating from Symphony v1
Move your classic Symphony profile into SymphonyOS (v2): campaigns, websites, presaves, fans, and how to switch between apps.
Symphony has two apps today. Classic Symphony v1 lives at app.symphonyos.co. SymphonyOS (v2) lives at labelos.symphonyos.co. Both stay available. Migration brings your v1 profile into v2; it does not delete v1 or copy v2 work back to v1.
What is different in v2
- AI agents (Maestro plus hireable specialists) drive most workflows
- Websites and presaves publish to sym.fm (legacy symphony.to pages remain for existing releases)
- Credits replace legacy v1 subscription tiers for agent usage
- Team workspace, automations, monitors, and memory live in one place
When to migrate
Migrate when you want agents, sym.fm sites, credits-based billing, or a single workspace for your team. Stay on v1 if your team still runs day to day there and you only need occasional v2 features. You can import once, switch default apps anytime, and re-sync later without starting over.
How migration works
Use the self-serve import wizard at labelos.symphonyos.co/import-to-v2 while signed in. A team owner or admin starts the org import. The wizard previews your v1 account, imports campaigns, websites, presaves, and fans, and asks for a phone number before finishing.
SymphonyOS pricing uses credits, not legacy v1 plan rates. See Billing & credits for current plans. Maestro can answer pricing questions; do not expect legacy rates or standing alumni discounts to carry over.

What gets imported
Campaigns, websites, presaves, fans, and related history import into SymphonyOS. Learn what may be partial and when to reconnect platforms.
Switching between apps
Change which app opens by default on login. Go back to v1 from SymphonyOS Settings, or upgrade your default to v2 without re-importing.
