What it is
What is the Symphony MCP
The Symphony MCP is the Model Context Protocol server that lets an AI app work in your Symphony workspace with your permission.
Your AI app calls the same tools Symphony's own agents use, on the artists your login can see. It needs a Symphony account, and anyone can start free.
Ads
Build, review and pause Meta, TikTok and YouTube campaigns, and read results down to the ad.
Fans and CRM
Search the fan list, save audiences and see where fans are.
Email and texts
Draft, preview and schedule fan email and texts, then read how they did.
Websites and presaves
Create and publish artist sites and presaves, and read signups and traffic.
Catalog and socials
Read streams, tracked songs, sounds, posts and what fans are saying.
Projects and reporting
Plan releases, track budgets and pull the weekly read on every artist.
Sign-in and safety
You stay in control.
Claude, ChatGPT, the Codex app, Claude Code and Grok sign in with your Symphony account. There is no client ID or key to copy.
Cursor, the Codex CLI, Grok Bot and other apps that take a header use a personal token. Make one on the Connect page in Symphony (labelos.symphonyos.co/mcp). It is shown once and you can revoke it any time.
- Ad spend and fan blasts always show a preview first. Nothing runs until you say yes in the chat.
- A fan blast sent from your AI app goes out about 5 minutes later and can be cancelled until then.
- Your AI app sees only the workspaces and artists your Symphony login can see.
- Disconnect any app, or revoke a personal token, on the Connect page at labelos.symphonyos.co/mcp.
Plans and limits
Included in every plan.
MCP access is included in every plan. The free trial includes 25 tool calls a month, Pro includes 200 a month per artist, and Advanced includes 500 a month. Chatting with Symphony's own agents in the app does not count.

| Pro | $49/month per artist | 200 a month per artist |
| Advanced | $250/month per artist | 500 a month |
FAQ
Questions.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI apps use outside tools. Symphony's MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Grok and other apps work in your Symphony workspace.
Do I need a Symphony account?
Yes. Your AI app works inside your Symphony workspace, so you sign in with your Symphony account. Anyone can start free at labelos.symphonyos.co.
Is there a one-click install?
For Claude, yes: Add to Claude opens Claude with Symphony filled in, and you confirm and sign in. Cursor has a one-click install on the Connect page in Symphony once you make a token. ChatGPT and Grok have no add link, so you paste the name and server URL.
Can my AI app spend money or message fans on its own?
No. Ad spend and fan blasts always show a preview first and wait for your yes in the chat. Drafts need no confirmation.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Your AI app gets a clear message with how to raise the limit. The count resets each month. Using Symphony's own agents in the app is separate and never blocked by it.
How do I disconnect?
Open the Connect page at labelos.symphonyos.co/mcp and click Disconnect next to the app, or revoke the personal token. You can also remove the connector inside your AI app.
Do I need to write code?
No. Claude, ChatGPT and Grok are set up from their settings screens. The commands and config on this page are only for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Grok Bot.
