For teams

Less time running campaigns. More time deciding what to run.The roster keeps moving while your team thinks.

One workspace handles the setup, the sends and the reporting for every artist. Your team keeps every approval and all of the strategy.

Digital managers

Monday starts with what moved, not with five dashboards.

You run the campaigns, the pages, the fan sends and the reporting for a handful of artists, and someone always wants an update. Symphony keeps each artist's songs, posts, campaigns and plan in one workspace, so Monday starts with what moved rather than with five dashboards. New campaigns are built paused, every fan send waits for your sign-off, and the artist update comes from the workspace instead of from exports.

Label marketing teams

Every artist gets the same read, every week.

Every artist on the roster needs someone keeping track, whether or not they have a dedicated marketer. Catalog watches every tracked song daily and flags what is moving and why. Projects keep a release's campaigns, pages and posts together, with a weekly update drafted for the people who approve budgets. Roles and artist access let a label admin see every report while a coordinator works on one artist.

Management companies

The next campaign starts already briefed, whoever picks it up.

Managers carry an artist's whole story: the last campaign, what the label expects, what the artist will and will not do. Symphony keeps release plans, campaign history and the way your team likes to work with each artist, so the next campaign starts already briefed, whoever picks it up. AI assistants help with setup and follow-up. Your team decides what launches, what it costs, and who it reaches.

Distributors and artist services

The same workflow for every release, inspectable and reusable.

Distribution gets the song into stores. The teams running artist services need the marketing side to be repeatable across hundreds of releases, whoever is covering each one. Symphony gives each artist the same workflows, with campaign and page setup that staff can inspect, change and reuse, and reporting that explains what happened. Partner setups and discounts are on the partners page. For the artist-services team itself, request a demo and we walk through one release end to end.

Setup

A setup that matches the team.

Advanced is the plan built for teams: $250 per artist per month with Catalog, Socials and Creators. Pro is $49 per artist per month. Every artist in a workspace is on the same plan. Pay quarterly for 5% off, or annually for 10% off the per-artist price.

Roles and artist access are set per person: admins see every artist, team and billing; members see only the artists you give them, as viewers or editors. Media spend, creator payments and extra credits stay separate from the subscription.
