StoryHunter HayesTargeted tour link clicks

Four soft cities turned into sold-out rooms.

Mid-rebrand and mid-tour, Hunter Hayes aimed Symphony's link-click campaigns at four cities where tickets were lagging. The targeted push turned the underperforming stops into sold-out shows.

The setup

Hunter Hayes was in the middle of a rebrand and an extensive tour. The fanbase was strong, but ticket sales in certain cities were lagging, and the team needed those rooms full without wasting spend on markets that were already selling themselves.

The play

The team used Symphony's link-click campaigns to build highly targeted ads that guided fans straight to the ticket purchase pages, keeping the path from ad to checkout as short as possible.

Targeting did the heavy lifting: demographics, interests, and behaviors tuned to each of the four soft markets, so the ads reached potential fans who would actually buy, during a rebrand where reaching the right people mattered twice as much.

The results

Ticket sales rose across all targeted locations, with high conversion rates from ad click to purchase. The four underperforming stops became sold-out shows, and the tour went out at full strength.
