The setup
Davido was bringing his Timeless Tour to Chicago's Credit Union 1 Arena, a 10,000-capacity room. His star power was never in question, but a sellout is not automatic anywhere: every fan in the area had to know about the show and be moved to buy.
The play
The team ran Symphony's Increase Link Clicks playbook, pairing AI custom audiences with Facebook conversion tracking so every ticket purchase traced back to the ad that drove it.
A strong tour ad asset and precise targeting did the work: the campaign found the fans most likely to buy and put the ticket link in front of them at exactly the right time.
The results
The show sold out, all 10,000 seats. With an average ticket price of $250, the campaign converted ticket buyers at a 195x return on ad spend per ticket. The tracking meant the team did not have to guess what filled the arena. They could see it.
