StoryCoi LerayData collector fan capture

One Instagram story. Thousands of emails. A tour built on answers.

Coi Leray used Symphony's data collector on a single Instagram story, asking fans what songs they wanted on tour: thousands of emails collected, tens of thousands of visits, and setlists shaped by the fans themselves.

The setup

Coi Leray built her audience in public: snippets, behind-the-scenes content, TikTok trends, and constant direct engagement. What she wanted next was a way to turn that social reach into something she owned, and to let her most dedicated fans shape the experience she was building for them on tour.

The play

She ran Symphony's data collector behind a single Instagram story, asking fans one question: what songs do you want to hear on tour? Answering meant handing over an email, so every reply became a reachable fan.

The collector page led with an engaging video and did the rest quietly: tens of thousands of visits, each one logged, each answer a data point about what her audience actually wanted.

The results

Thousands of email addresses from one story, tens of thousands of visits to the collector, and a direct line to her most dedicated fans. The answers shaped her marketing and her tour setlists, so the show fans bought tickets to was the one they had asked for.

Where this playbook lives now

Cue and Echo run this play today.

On the current roster, Cue and Echo run this play. Cue stands up the data collector and wires it into the link-in-bio so one story can do the work. Echo reads what comes back: who answered, what they asked for, and which superfans should hear about the tour first.
