The pre-save that ended in a group chat.
Bobby Demario pointed his Symphony pre-save at a Snapchat group chat instead of a website, fed it with TikTok Live sessions, and built a community of over 200 active fans who help shape his releases.
200+
Active fans in the group chat
The setup
Bobby Demario wanted more than pre-save numbers. He wanted a community: fans who support the music, talk back, and feel like part of the project. The standard pre-save flow ends on a thank-you page, and a thank-you page has never made anyone feel like an insider.
The play
He changed the destination. Fans who pre-saved his music through Symphony were routed to a Snapchat group chat where Bobby himself was waiting: sharing updates, taking feedback, and talking to fans directly.
TikTok Live filled the top of the funnel. Bobby went live, played his tracks, talked to viewers in real time, and pointed them at the pre-save link. The algorithm brought new people in; the group chat kept them.
The results
The chat grew past 200 active members: fans who contribute merch ideas, follow the journey, and show up for every release. The pre-save stopped being a transaction and became a door into the project.

Today Cue and Echo run this funnel. Cue wires the pre-save and points the redirect wherever the community lives. Echo owns the community side: who joined, who is most engaged, and what to send them so 200 active fans become the street team for the next drop.
