We are seeking a creative marketing intern to join the Symphony team and contribute to our mission of empowering artists with innovative marketing solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team, develop valuable industry skills, and make a tangible impact on Symphony's growth and success.

Position Summary

The Marketing Intern at SymphonyOS will be an integral part of our marketing team. You will support various marketing initiatives, contribute to content creation, and assist in the execution of marketing campaigns. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, develop strategic thinking, and enhance your understanding of market trends within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Research and Ideation

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and analyze current industry trends, competitor activities, and popular topics relevant to our target audience.
  • Brainstorm innovative and engaging content ideas for social media posts, blog articles, and videos that align with Symphony's voice and mission.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Perform comprehensive analyses of competitor strategies to identify potential areas for differentiation and growth opportunities for Symphony.
  • Present data to support informed marketing decisions and develop effective strategies.

Community Engagement and Interaction

  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages across Symphony's social media channels.
  • Identify potential collaborators, micro-influencers, or brand advocates who align with Symphony's values and can help expand our reach.

Social Media Content Planning and Scheduling

  • Assist in scheduling social media posts and events across various platforms.

Qualifications
  1. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to create engaging content and think strategically.
  4. Basic understanding of data analysis and social media metrics.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).

Compensation
  • The hourly rate range for this position starts at $20 / hour, and may be higher depending on experience.
  • For college students, internship credit is available and preferred.
